At H2WU, we are very understanding and realize that things do happen and we are willing to accommodate our customers’ needs.
REQUIREMENTS: A refund or exchange is only accepted if we are notified within seven days of you receiving the items. These items need to be returned in its original state and package with the tags and all that is included in the packaging.
LIMITATIONS: A refund or exchange will not be granted for the following reasons but is not limited to: alternating the hair style, texture, aroma, color, length or cut. Washing or spraying; adding any type of chemical to our products is unacceptable.
REFUND: You are welcome to get a refund if all of the requirements have been met for issuing a refund. Once the items have been returned, your purchase cost, less shipping will be credited back to your method of payment.
EXCHANGE: An exchange is accepted if it meets the above requirements and does not fall within the limitations. Absolutely no changes should be made to the products. Once the items have been returned to us and we have confirmed the items that you would like in exchange, it will be sent to you and we will cover the shipping charge for reasons outlined below. Please note that if the item that is being exchange is of a lesser amount, the difference will be credited back to you and if the item is of a larger amount the difference will be taken from your method of payment.
Shipping Charge: We will cover shipping charges for an exchange if the returned products are in adherence with the requirements; and the reason for exchange is due to the wrong product being sent, wrong color or if the product is noticeably damaged. In any of these three cases, the shipping charge that you have incurred for sending it back to us will be credited back to you.
If you have changed your mind and would like a different product instead, you are more than welcomed to make an exchange if the products are in compliance with the requirements, but you will be responsible for absorbing the shipping charges both ways.
H2WU’s products look spectacular but if you decide to make a few minor changes, we strongly advise that you only make changes to the unit after you have worn it out, are satisfied with or have decided that it will not be returned or exchanged.

PRIVACY: Extra precaution is taken to secure private information for which the credit card system is highly sensitive and sophisticated with its data encryption capability. We only use your personal information for shipping and friendly email notifications. Rest assured, personal information is not shared or sold to any third party.
